Poem #8

 Beauty

“Fix your unibrow”
I did


“Your too fat”
I starved myself


“Your too hairy”
I bought a razor


“You should wear more make-up”
I will


“You would look pretty with bangs”
Snip Snip! I got a haircut the next day


“Your face looks like it has a million pimples”
I peeled them off


“Now your as skinny as a toothpick”
I ate more, Munch!


“Maybe you should get new shoes”
I spent my savings


“Do you like yourself now?”
